We had a good summer- with the arrival of Keely, seeing family and friends we haven't seen in awhile and doing the normal fun summer stuff.
Zach and Allison enjoyed there summer and had fun swimming with Grandma Bruner and Grandma Mel, they took a trip to Colorado and we went to the zoo with Keely.
Now we are back to the grind, the summer is coming to an end for us- kids are back in school- Zach in 5th grade(last year in elementary school), Allison started high school (which she was very nervous about, but is enjoying), Allison would like to start a dance program and Zach has started football.
Zach just had his 10th birthday- we celebrated with his friends at a bowling party and had family party on his birthday, where he choose to go eat at Azteca (our favorite Mexican restaurant).
Keely is getting big- as of the 12th she is 9lbs 5oz. Nicole goes back to work next week (only 3 days a week for the first 2 weeks)- Grandma and Grandpa Bruner are going to watch Keely the first week and then she will start daycare with Carrie- which we are excited and sad about at the same time- it helps to know that Carrie will take extra special care of our Keely Bear though.
Well we have many things to look forward to in the coming months- Zach's football games, Allison's new adventures as a freshman, Grandma and Grandpa Eldred coming here Labor Day weekend and many firsts for Keely.

Cute pics! Glad to know there's a new place to come for family updates. I can't wait to meet my new niece... looks like that won't be until Thanksgiving. :( I hope Zach got our birthday card!

Thanks for putting up the "Eldred Family Blog". It really helps those of us who live in Texas stay connected to you guys. We are excited to hear about the kids new school year, and to see the new pictures of Keely as well. It will be two months since we have seen her. She is clearly growing!!! We can't wait to see all of you again. Labor Day is less than a week away now, so it won't be long. It would be fun if Alicia and Sean and Ashlee and Caleb could come too, but I'm afraid that won't happen this time. Guess they will have to wait until Thanksgiving to meet their new niece.
